Besides being a normal real estate agent, Open Frontiers is developing his own projects.

In the past we successfully developed projects of apartments and townhouses, and at the moment we are developing 11 villas near Sotogrande and 12 apartments in Otivar.

We bought land in Granada to develop 250 units for the domestic market. (villas on plots of 1.000 m², semi detached on 500 m²).

Open Frontiers has the skills and staff and works with reputable companies to develop good projects.

We create a company for each project and we sell the shares to investors. We develop the whole project and the profit will be returned to the shareholders. In average the shareholders gets profits of around 24% yearly.

By doing the project this way, the benefit goes both to the shareholders and the end buyers because we are able to deliver at correct prices.
