Innin Buyl

Raised in Sotogrande, Innin Buyl combines lifelong local insight with rigorous business expertise as Director of Sales at Open Frontiers Real Estate. Having grown up within the community, she understands not only the property market, but also the lifestyle and international environment that defines Sotogrande as a premier luxury real estate destination in Southern Spain. Her approach to sales is both strategic and intuitive — focused on long-term value, discretion, and precise market positioning.

Innin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from IE University (Madrid), completed on scholarship, and a Master’s degree from EAE Business School. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Business Administration at EU Global University, where her research focuses on the luxury real estate market and high-end residential asset performance. She is also recognised by API (Licensed Real Estate Agent in Spain) with schooling number 438, reinforcing her formal professional accreditation within the Spanish property sector.

Innin further serves as professor at Schellhammer Business School in the areas of Real Estate and Strategy. Known for her quick analytical thinking and structured market assessment, she combines academic precision with real-world brokerage expertise. At the same time, her personality remains vibrant and connection-driven — she believes successful transactions are built as much on trust and human understanding as on numbers.

Multilingual in Dutch, Spanish, and English (with conversational French), Innin reflects the international nature of Sotogrande itself. Outside of work, she can often be found hacking out with her horse: Mayela, playing padel, skiing in winter, or walking her dog: Kahlua. Deeply committed to Sotogrande, she does not simply work in the market — she lives it, studies it, and represents it with both authority and genuine passion.
